Supposedly XPO didn't deliver to my town and I would have to pick up my speakers about fifty miles away. When my speakers arrived I called XPO to arrange a pickup time and was told they could deliver to my door at no extra cost the next morning, which they did. The driver even called to tell me when he was 15 minutes away. The Klipsch Forte's arrived in perfect condition.
