    First told me that she couldn’t ship it to the US because there’s a postal strike. Then don’t sell internationally? Then offered to send it when she was in the US, I’m easy going so I said okay. Says she shipped it but never provided any proof , and I didn’t receive . My first negative experience, I guess I won’t be buying internationally anymore.

    Sometimes things go sideways in spite of best intentions and efforts. There really was a postal strike when purchase was made and no mail moved - within Canada or internationally. I did ship when promised and the item was returned by the postal service. They had charged me the wrong rate. The fault was the postal service. I wasn't able to get to the US. By then I had negative feedback - the first one in over 1000 transactions and for a $4 sale - so I had to write it off as a bad experience.
