I take this with every meal to aid digestion in a compromised digestive system. It's a terrific product and helps immensely. Caps are vegetarian as well.

My husband finds AbsorbAid really helps him digest food much better. We also take it to alleviate digestive stagnation, when food just seems to be sitting in the stomach, causing discomforts. At those times, we open two capsules and mix it with water. It works very quickly that way.
