Bumper arrived damaged due to the folding process they use to put it in a box. I contacted them about it within minutes of it being delivered and they responded quickly. Their solution was to offer me money towards a repair. I declined the offer due to the fact that a plastic bumper cover can't really be repaired. There's a high possibility that the crack will return. Once I refused their offer the company no longer responded to me. Thankfully Ebay stepped in after a while and returned my money
