I can see a couple spots that need to be filed(tiny bit of sharp metal poking out of the corners). Not a big deal. It’s not installed yet, but I see the other reviews and expect to do a little more filing for the lock and all. Right now I have exhaust fumes getting into my TJ from a rust hole at the bottom of my tailgate. So from my perspective, this new & cheap one looks great. Can’t wait to install! FYI it is lighter than OEM-SO get some STRONG HINGES with it

I had to take a File to it to get the lock in. The door is half the weight of the original which means it is made cheap. And the door doesn't seal properly. Nor did any of my trim pieces work. It's no wonder the negative button is deactivated on this.

For my 2002 Jeep Wrangler installation, I had to grind metal and re-tap bolt holes to use OEM hardware. The key lock tumbler punched out area is not the right size for the Jeep Wrangler tumbler. I had to drill holes for the lock mechanism and tap out the holes for the lock cover. Luckily, hinge nuts in the 'gate and the spare tire nuts were perfect. Looks OEM now.
