I hope this one will not be broken as I really love it's features. The positvve battery contact on this one wasn't making contact with the battery at first, but I adjusted it so that it functions as it should. Thanks for your very prompt delivery and honesty.

I got a refund however the seller never tried to rectify the situation. They didn’t locate the awesome used item I had purchased. They completely ignored every single question I had and the only thing they did here is refund me . I would never recommend doing business with this company.
