Use in open space type lights only
I have had several of these go bad over a period of months, not years as LED’s are supposed to last. They seem to create enough heat to burn themselves causing visible burn damage and then failing. I had them in an enclosed bathroom type fixture. They would probably be fine in a non-enclosed environment. The price is very reasonable.
