I will rate this seller as "positive" simply because the business mannerism was still professional, although I returned the part. I believe the item was listed as "new in the box" but it did not arrive the same. I part was obviously used. The door reflector arrived fast and did match the description given however it did not fit. I contacted the seller and was informed that the part that i need does not have rounded edges. The seller was extremely professional and helpful. I would purchase from this seller again. Note- If you're looking to purchase a door reflector for a Chevy Astro van make sure you double check the reflector. One has rounded edges and the other has square edges.
