This item shipped from China without US Customs, without a hazardous materials disclaimer and not safely packaged to prevent a fire. It was wrapped with thin tape with no padding. If damaged it could have created a fire hazard! Wanted to return the unopened item to China but it costs more to legally return the item (US customs and hazardous material designation) that the item costs. It would cost $77 USD to return this item. They should not be selling Nicad/Lithium internationally this way!

You said you never open my parcel when contacted me by message,which meant you didn't know the packing inside.We used fire-resistant static bags,sponges,and bubbles to protect the battery layer by layer,ensuring that it didn't shake inside the box. You determined that there was a problem based solely on the packaging you saw outside the box. Are you being unreasonable?You ordered incorrect item by yourself,but you don't want to pay the shipping cost to return battery to me.

Item arrived in excellent condition, as described. After installation, the battery was behaving a bit flaky, failing to charge while the laptop was plugged and in use. Finally, I let it discharge completely, and after a recharge/recertify cycle, it now looks to be in brand-new, perfect shape. MANY THANKS for your listing, which is just what I needed to restore my laptop's performance! ☺☺☺☺☺
