Got five settings from them and they didn’t have one of the settings that I needed the most. Only option they’re giving me is to wait until they order me another one but as far as I remember, when you sell on eBay, you should have merchandise in hand. To me, that’s bad business. And now I just have to wait until they get it because they refused to refund me my money. I’ve asked them three times. Then they take five days to ship your order out because that’s their policy. Just bad business 👎🏻

A lot to unpack here. I'll first address the issues. The batch of ring we stocked were sized wrong from our supplier. We gave options to the buyer, one of which was a refund. We issued the refund within 24 hours of the request. Our processing time for orders is 5 business days. The order was shipped and delivered within 5 business days. They buyer very disrespectfully and unprofessionally threatened us, which is a violation of ebay. One day was Mother's Day, which my wife didn't deserve.

This is my second order, these and other items. The quality is much better than the ETSYs', AliExpress and Temu equivalents and the pricing is about the same or better in some cases. I am not going to take away any stars, as the shipping only took a day longer than originally quoted, but communication could have been better - sent a message to Gems by Deni and never heard back.
