Für Kommunikation: 0 Punkte, da ich die Verpackung und "Rücksendeschein" schon entsorgt hatte, musste ich die versicherte Rücksendung zahlen. Für ein defektes Relais (Benzinpumpe). Auch ärgerlich, da ich dadurch erst später erkannte, daß es an der Pumpe lag, schade!
