Product came in a soft back all torn up cant believe parts didnt come out and looked like someone put advertisements in it that had nothing to do with the product. This was electric plastic parts and should have been in cardboard box!, And the screws they give you are not yhe eight scres they are dor steel and not plastic and have the weong threads . They are suppose to be special screws that are self threading that the factory use and if you use them you cold split the plastic they go in!!!
