Better than a 7.5 uF 370VAC cap
My cap was at the end of tolerance, so time to replace. TEMCo cap came in at 7.6 uF, so no issue. By the fact that it's rated at 450 VAC and I'm using it to replace a 370 VAC, I expect it to have a longer life.

Fits perfectly without and modifications
This cap is slightly shorter than the GE cap it was replacing. The part was in a Carrier fan coil unit and there wasn't any extra space for anything longer. I had tried another replacement cap but the length was about 1/2" longer and wouldn't fit. This cap worked just fine and the fan is back up and running. Also this cap is rated at 440 VAC vs. the OEM GE part rated at only 370VAC. Great replacement.This cap is slightly shorter than the GE cap it was replacing. I asked the HVAC guy: Yup $37.99 for the capacitor part and min charge to come the house $68.00 I told him the relay caught fire so another $69.00 for a relay which I ordered for $6.99! I ordered the capacitor $4.99. Huh...Free shipping! I had no diagram for the blower so I traced the wires and repaired. I live on a $1000 a month, SOO I saved a bundle. When I do the outside unit I know where to get high quality capacitors and Parts! Thanx for being there!
