    HItch was packed very well and arrived with parts and instructions. I had an issue and the company was very helpful to help me figure it out. Turns out the problem was not with the hitch, but with the corrosion in my old vehicle. Once I sorted that out, the hitch was easy to install. The company's customer service was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to do business with them again:)

    Great value and seller.The hitch arrived boxed securely with some typical FedEx damage to box. In the past I've received hitches that weren't even boxed. No real instructions and missing 4 washers. gt_racers addressed those issues quickly. This hitch is identical to hitches costing $100 more so well worth it. Only downside is they use FedEx which is very unreliable in my area.
