    Dusty and rattled but fixed and works.

    So, I'll say this, the card works fine, delivery was prompt, and the card was packaged securely with all of it's original packing and box. But... The product was relatively clean. Very dusty on the back side of the fan blades and minor dust and some, what I think is, pet hair. Used some qtips and duster to clean it. The center fan rattled terribly when I installed the card so I turned the machine off. Upon further investigation I found the cable that provides power to the center fan was bulging upward so the fan blades were striking it. I took a very small rubber tip tool and was able to flatten it so the blades no longer contact it. I'll see if it stays like that once the card warms up from useage.

    Good card, louder than 970 GTX

    Surface dust caked on but mostly cleanable. Nothing unexpected for a used product. Noisy when the fans kick on and off because it features "silent mode" where the fans don't run below certain temps.

    Charming

    Card works like a charm! Have some minor scratches on the bracket, but the card itself is spotless. Hardly even dusty. Haven't messed with over clocking yet. Runs Metro Exodus on Ultra at 60fps. It is quite large and barely squeezed into my mid sized tower. Please measure yours before you purchase.

    Quick Card, Quiet, Cooled Well

    This 1070 seems to be a very well rounded card. I have noticed however, for whatever reason, it seems to only be performing about as well as my old RX 580 8G in Forza Horizon 4, however that may simply be a CPU bottleneck at 1080p. Other than that, great card, no issues. I got mine for about $240-50.
