Doesn't quite get the job done.
I bought it for a specific application. My old motion detector did not have an over-ride switch. So I would be working in the garage and the light would go off. This switch has an over-ride so I could turn the light on and by-pass the motion detector. However, I have fluorescent fixtures where I removed the ballast and installed tube LEDs. This switch does not like these lights. When the switch was in the auto position and turned off, there was still a little electricity going to the fixture causing it to glow and flicker. Not idea. It is now on a shelf in my work room. Useless. It would be terrific with incandescent lights, I think.
