    Product description "power's on" apparently meant a noisy volume control and no picture raster from TV, fast delivery, poor packaging but miraculously no damage inside of box, shipping material was a few wraps of thin material and paper, item was loose in box when received, see attached pictures. Seller needs to pack expensive items ... this was about $350 item poorly packaged nearly falling out of the package. Use bubble-wrap, then you can't go wrong!

    Great Author

    I recommend this author to anyone who wants to read historical fiction that is not dry. His description of places and the characters he blends into the stories make it fun to learn about history. This is at least the fifth book of his that I've read, and I plan to read all of them.

    Read Sarum, by John Rutherfurd is very inspiring.

    Wonderful book. ..very long, and no speed reading allowed. If you like historical fiction this is a book for you. Rutherfurd is an amazing author. Excuse me, I have to get back to my book.
