    Ordered stamp on August 12 and the item "sat" with the seller with a status of "awaiting shipment" until eBay refunded me the money just the other day (Sept 22). As usual, this kind of situation warrants a "no answer" from the seller which comes with the territory when you want the item and the seller is either too incompetent or unwilling to respond. Not surprising. Being the case that he has a 100% approval rating, I'll give him a neutral. Won't buy from him again.
