      The description was not accurate and I could not use the item as advertised (cycling shoe). The product is called “clip in cleats” though the product is actually missing the cleat. I have to purchase a separate part to use the product as described. When I reached out to the seller that the listing was deceptive, they were unable to provide even a partial refund or allow a return. Would not recommend this seller.

      I provided many pictures including pictures of the bottom of the shoes which clearly shows no red clips. Unfortunately the buyer did not notice the red clips were not included. My listing clearly states that there are no returns. This buyer requested a return/partial return even though they did not throughly research what they needed. Would not recommend this buyer!
