Yes I did get a refund but that’s not what I wanted. I wanted the scoop that I searched for and finally found the exact one I wanted. In the end I got a lame excuse and a refund. So now I search for it again and hope the next seller sells me what he is saying he really has. I couldn’t be more disappointed

It was very close to being junk when delivered, due to inadequate packaging. 100% of the lightweight pillows were popped. Because only two heavyweight pillows were holding it, one corner of the TM504 wore thru the cardboard shipping box in two places. The two tall knobs on the LA501W were getting wear on them too,, so near being damaged!
