      I never received the item. I received a message saying that my address was invalid. It is not. All of my mail and packages are delivered to the shipping address on my account which is my home. I was able to track the package with UPS which says it was delivered to my address. It was not! I was home all day. I messaged the seller twice asking what the problem was. I got no response. I was so disappointed. I have no idea why UPS marked it as delivered to the customer. Seller still hasn’t responded

      Bought the chair, then when it was shipped and showing tracking, the seller sent an odd message stating they were sorry for the delay & fully refunded the money. The tracking number given was for an Amazon purchase as per UPS. It shows it was delivered anyway, but nothing arrived yesterday. I'm not sure what this seller is trying to pull, but all I wanted was the merchandise, not a refund.
