    Delivered within time frame as described with free shipping. Well packaged to avoid damage. I also ordered the Oticon battery door opener tool. It had a $4.99 shipping charge. However, they put both shipments in one package, and I feel it should have shipped for free instead of the charge. At least I can hear again. I would buy again.
