This black Sony Handycam CCD-TR700 offers a wide range of features with a remote control. Two of these features on this Hi8 camcorder include a threaded bipod/tripod attachment and an adjustable hand strap that makes one handed recording a snap. Compatible tapes for this Sony camcorder are of the Hi8 format, which offers 400 lines of video resolution compared to the 240 lines of a normal VHS tape. The Sony Handycam CCD-TR700 is a fully programmable Hi8 camcorder that has 10x pure lens magnification and a full range inner auto focus. An S-video out port is found on this Sony camcorder for hooking to a TV or computer monitor. It also has audio/video in and out jacks with stereo audio. The Sony Handycam CCD-TR700 has Sony's Super Steadyshot algorithm steady shot with a liquid suspended lens which eliminates most jitter and bounce and comes included with a stereo mic and output in full range.
