    When the hitch was delivered, the box was in pretty rough shape. Thought the contents seemed ok. Upon installation, the 2 L brackets to hold the distribution bars in place were missing. Full transparency, I bypassed contacting the seller and contacted CURT. Upon verification that the hitch was purchased through an authorized seller, they sent the L brackets and I received them in just a few days. I stand behind CURT and AUTHORIZED SELLERS of their products.

    Ordered a bed liner for my Ford Maverick. It arrived pretty quickly but with two holes in the front (cab side) of it. There is no way for me to know when/where the damage happened, but I refused delivery. Seller was very quick to respond and issued a refund the next day.     Cheap quality but easy to install

    Shipped fast and was easy to install. I just wish items designed for RV’s were better made, especially for the prices. This toilet is as good as the other RV toilet brands and models, which is to say they’re all cheap garbage. They’re intentionally designed to use only low quality OEM parts so it’s not a simple trip to a hardware store to replace broken parts. But so are all the RV specific items (fridge, A/C, etc.). One of the many pitfalls of RV ownership.
