    Seller shipped damaged jars - not new condition, as described. Was slow to respond to my request for return and a return label. Their response was to ask if I wanted to return the jars - Ridiculous - that was exactly what I had requested. Another 2-3 days passed and they sent a response asking me to let them know when the item was shipped and delivered, stating EBay was unreliable in their reporting and something about their having created the lable in the pm. A lable was enclosed. Fed up!
