I messaged the seller and received nothing back, no explanation or anything. So I can’t really give them points for communication. The package was also packed poorly, wrapped in two bubble mailers instead of being placed in a box. This led to the figure’s packaging being crushed in shipping. The Lego set arrived with no protective packaging (bubble wrap, peanuts, etc.) and was bent badly in several places. Looking back, I should have seen some of the creases in the photos, though some were made much worse by the shipping.
