This original Sony remote was delived in good condition & it's wonderful to have remote control of a receiver that is installed in a cabinet across the room! It's especially great for the variations in volume when listening to streaming music such as Pandora & YouTube!!! P.S. We Didn't rate how easy it was to program because we aren't using the programmable features of the remote.
