      Whisker Biscuit arrow rest

      This rest may be the best overall utility rest available. Inexpensive and effective. No concern for the fletching position when nocking your arrow and it holds your arrow in place if you are on the move. Little or no noticeable reduction in arrow speed. And as mentioned you won't need some sophisticated contraption arrow rest. This one does it all.
