The package arrived in 3 days, from the other side of the world. Not to mention the sax is in fantastic condition for a used item. They answered my questions promptly and were very understanding of any concerns I had. Even with the tariffs, the price was better than anything I'd seen on Marketplace. Can't recommend Lext Music Tokyo enough!

I have not yet seen my tenor sax because it arrived at a dhl facility since we were on vacation, but I have no reason to doubt their honesty in the presentation of the product.
