The packaging for the carpet cleaner seemed to be unopened, but was missing one carpet cleaner, which was the animal OxiClean solution. Not a big deal, but would’ve been great to have exactly what described the machine is perfect no issues there. The value is what I had hoped for too so not a bad deal whatsoever. I already used it might send pictures in later. It’s great for small areas like a small room, but not for major cleanings.
