    To be clear, the seller was great. What was not great was the delay in US Customs for 10 days, with no real explanation. I have bought from Japanese sellers often before, but this has never happened! This caused a good deal of worry--but the seller was very responsive. They checked on the delay and seem to have finally got the shipment going again. Customs can be a non-responsive roadblock now and then, but I would definitely buy from this seller again. BTW, the necklace is simply beautiful!
