The price was lowest I had seen anywhere even after taxes. It was a tremendous upgrade from the GTX 1650 Super my prebuilt HP TG01 came with. with a proprietary 400w PSU, it made it extremely difficult to upgrade. The 4060 is only 15w higher and easily works with my system.

Item was as advertised, New, open box, as the protective plastic was still on the PCIe connector. So far everything works. I would definitely buy from this business again.

Shipping could have been faster but it was also exactly as described so I cannot and will not complain and the UPS delays are obviously not within the realm of the Seller's Control. The SquareTrade Warranty was a nice touch since the item was "New, Open Box" which simply means it never came in a box since it is made by Dell, HP, or Lenovo and is meant for one of their prebuilt systems. Video card was in brand new condition and once installed worked like a champ. I was very pleased with my purchase and will order from this seller in the future.
