    I have to say I’m thrilled with the seller. I reached out to her before I bought the item because I have bought two other duplicates of this item am both arrived broken. I told her that I would love it if she could package it in a way that would get it to me safely. She did an incredible job. She used packing peanuts, bubble wrap, Styrofoam, and cardboard. She even created a bottom of the box so it would be protected 360°.It is so amazing, it’s the best packing job I have ever seen!!!!

    Ashland ceramic camper - The box had foam peanuts around the sides, but the trailer was only wrapped in thin bubble wrap, a few packing papers & Saran Wrap. Sadly, it arrived cracked on both the front and back. Hoping they had another, I sent photos and, although I didn’t get a direct reply, I received a full refund. Disappointed I couldn’t replace it, but I’d buy from them again—just request better packing.
