I can see where there could be a mistake made, but it was accidental from his warehouse. He offered a generous refund WITHOUT having to send the wrong order back. We are still working on a plan to get me the correct unit ordered originally, but so far they have gone out of their way to see me happy! I'll send a new update review later. This is an EXCELLENT seller!
