I bought the item 12 days ago (item never shipped) and was just refunded without explanation. I messaged the seller many, many times asking for updates. Twice they said they were going to ship that day and never did. Most of the time they just did not answer my repeated messages. Today, after my consistent messaging over the past few days to try and get a response, they finally answered and just said they were going to refund me.
