The seller answered all of my questions, verified the serial number, negotiated a fair price, and shipped in protective packaging. The guitar arrived very fast, was set up perfectly, but had a tiny scratch. He/She made sure that I was fairly compensated, even beyond the amount I requested; I was refunded $300. Amazing!
