Packaging was excellent as described, though was off as the back plate had wall mounts, which wasn’t pictured, and the bottom had holes that were most likely there from wall mounts however this was rectified with a partial refund and great communication.     It wasn't the fastest item shipped but it did arrive in the stated window for delivery. The seller responded to my questions after the purchase in a timely manner. The caveat was the seller wasn't really familiar with the product so there were extra parts needed that you couldnt see in the pics. But they did tell me what they were aware of.     It works most of the time. Idk if it's my wii u or the cord but sometimes I have to wiggle it to the exact place it wants to for it to charge but its definitely better than nothing
