    The recipes in this book are easy, quick, delicious and the expensive ingredients that are sometimes used, are used in minuscule amounts. The ingredients replace the bad kinds of fat, and don't have gluten or meat or eggs or sugar, or empty calories. Lots of super food ingredients. I can't say enough about them, but just one more: creative! I love how simple they are, and how they arrange on the serving platter or on the individual plate with great presentation.
