Packaging was excellent as described, though was off as the back plate had wall mounts, which wasn’t pictured, and the bottom had holes that were most likely there from wall mounts however this was rectified with a partial refund and great communication.       It wasn't the fastest item shipped but it did arrive in the stated window for delivery. The seller responded to my questions after the purchase in a timely manner. The caveat was the seller wasn't really familiar with the product so there were extra parts needed that you couldnt see in the pics. But they did tell me what they were aware of.       Replacement units work great.

      We love our Biddeford blanket but both controls stopped functioning (no sign of life) following a power surge in the neighborhood. We found replacements for the exact model on eBay and purchased two. Both were cosmetically good and work perfectly. This time we plugged them into a surge protector. Another note: Search YouTube for a video that tells you how to test the blanket. If the blanket is bad a new controller won't help.

      Exact replacement for failed unit

      I'm amazed to find these available to replace ones that have gone bad. Our electric blanket is well over a decade old and works great but the controllers go bad. This is the second one we have replaced and it's so much better and cheaper than replacing the whole blanket.

      I miss biddeford, they have left the market

      I already have a biddeford electric blanket, I wanted extra parts, that go with that blanket, in case one of the controllers stopped working. The controller I received is good
