The only positive is, after inquiring more than a week after “a shipping label was created” with no contract from this seller, I was told they could not find it and promptly refunded without having to get eBay involved. Then asked for positive feedback. Sorry, but no. Sellers get less punishment from cancelling the order after buyer inquiry, which is obviously a negative impression for the buyer. The claim that we asked for positive feedback is misleading.
