best lysine supplement I have used
This product is an excellent choice for those cats who benefit from a lysine supplement. It appears to be very palatable (my cat thinks it is a treat) and is packaged in a manner that maintains freshness. The chews are just starting to get a bit dry as I reach the last week or so of use (at 1 chew/day), so I think the number of chews per package is perfect; a larger number would dry out more before use. Although there is little scientific evidence to support the use of lysine in cats chronically infected with feline herpesvirus, a certain subset of them do appear to benefit from additional lysine. These chews appear to be an appropriate vehicle for those cats who do well with additional lysine.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
