    Help your body be healthy ! Add Swanson's CoQ10 to your diet.

    CoQ10 is an important must have in your diet, these days. No way we can get the right about of "good" things in our diet today. Food just is not giving our bodies what they need. Even if you eat strictly organic, the vitamins. And nutrients we need to stay healthy are just not there. Years ago before the depletion of the topsoil food is grown in, we did get what we need from the soil. Those days are long gone. Be smart and add CoQ10 to your diet.     CoQ10 reallt worked on my leg, foot pain, per doctors orders.

    My doctor, after a full checkup on my lower central nervous system, recommended CoQ10,-300 mg, along with 500 mg magnesium and 1000 mg vitamin d3 for severe swelling, buzzing pain in my legs and feet, including muscle spasms in my toes. I was very skeptical, but did as he said. Within 2 weeks, the pain was gone. Wow.
