May be NOS and sat in storage, dunno. Pics are a little deceiving because the white of the seat was pretty heavily stained on each side but was able to clean up for the most part. It's still a nice seat, just has a few blemishes and stains. Would prefer better pics in the future so I know what im getting into. Still A+ and good price, would do business again, thanks!
