In fact, it seems a little better than the branc new one that came with my hearing aids, I think it being refurbished makes it a little looser and easier to get the aids in and out of. This was going to be the backup I use when traveling, but I think instead I'll use this one as my main one at home.

The owner did very well, answering my inquiries and was fast to do the best he could for me. I won't shop anywhere else!
