    Compact with unbeatable image quality

    The good: affordable, lightweight, excellent build quality, excellent image quality, fast focus. The bad: Unlike my 50-200, in order to focus manually, I need to first switch to manual focus on the camera body instead of simply just rotate the focusing ring so its a bit inconvenient. I would like to take off half a star, but since there isn't half a star I gave it 4 stars rather than 5.

    Great results for the price

    I’ve kit WR ED lens 18-55mm that came w/ my k50, but I like to photograph in darkness environments (after sunset) and I needed faster lens, but HD or other prime lens is very expensive. So after research in Pentax Forum, I choose this lens and I like very much of results , greats pictures at night w/ low ISO and excellent contrast.
