    The pottery piece unfortunately came broken in four pieces in transit, seller did a great job of contacting usps for insurance claim, then worked with Ebay to process a refund for damaged face jug, great communication with him throughout the problem, he did ship very quickly and did a nice job of securely packaging the piece, the item looked exactly like the listing and his pricing is fair, I will visit his shop again and hopefully acquire a new, intact piece, recommended, A++
