    I am not a person who leaves feedback very often, but Bill impresses me. I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of notes from him. He always sends you a message letting you know he received your order. His notes are in the most perfect shape, so much so that I have had two of his raw notes graded at 68. His package always arrives in 2 to 3 days, and he is in the midwest and I am west coast. Needless to say, if I am looking gor a particular note or set he is my 1st stop. Thanks Bill
