I requested they send me the correct size and was told teturning mine was bad for the environment and despite being in its unopened original packaging, would have to be destroyed. I again requested they send correct size and their response was their warehouse would probably repeat the mistake. I refused a 20% refund. We finally settled on an 80% refund.
