    Brand new. This is my third Bauerfeind GenuTrain brace. For a new, out of the box brace, it seems like a good, if not great price, at least relative to other listings. I have knee problems, so I have a lot of braces, others I use are DonJoys, but these are a little more comfortable. Both work great.
