When I asked for a refund, first they wanted to do it thru Zelle, then they told me to initiate the refund myself. I am not the seller. I contacted the seller and explained my issue even submitted pictures. Their response was so what exactly is your complaint. I responded that I ordered 60 cap and got 1 big capsule that wouldn’t come out of the bottle. After that it was radio silence. I will never order from this seller again. I expected this from MAC.BID and why I no longer use them.
